* NO backout buyers. If you refuse to buy, just tell us immediately, we won't bite. Backout buyers would be blacklisted! =)

* First come, first serve basis. =)

* Good(s) sold are NO refundable. =)

* We'll deliver the item(s) a day after  u've made ur payment OR the day u've made ur payment (depends on our situation OR the period of ur payment). =)

* Reservation will be open for 2 days only. Within the period, u are required to make ur payment. More than the period, we'll assume u refused to buy UNLESS u tell us to prolong the reservation. We won't mind =)

* If the goods are being reserved, you still can be in the WAITING LIST! =D
